- The Rain Coat is a must-have for all the riders coming out in competition, protecting its horse just as much but also the expensive equipment against the heavy rains
- Not suitable to go to paddocks
- The coverage is compact, very light and 100% waterproof
- Easy to put above another blanket, or a horse already salted
- The material is made up of 100% polyester, with an outdoor PU coating which will guarantee 100% waterproofing
- A small velcro at the nape will allow the blanket to be attached to the halter or the bridle
- Velcro straps around the neck, a simple closure at the front and the strap as well as a tail belt, will allow the blanket to hold in place
- Use a vacuum cleaner for an initial cleaning: this will allow you to remove a huge amount of hair, dust, sand, etc.
- Then, put it in the washing machine at 30 degrees, without stain remover and without fabric softener.
- Do not put your saddle pad in the dryer, let it air dry.
For waterproof saddle pads:
- You can add a step by re-waterproofing your blanket.
- With a waterproofing spray for blankets, spray from a distance of about 20 cm on the surfaces you want to make waterproof again.
