If necessary, shave areas with heavy hair growth.
Clean and dry the skin thoroughly before applying the strip.
Cut a piece of strip and round the corners using a pair of scissors.
Stick the strip on the painful area.
Can be kept on the skin for 48/72 hours.
Remove the strip in the direction of hair growth when it begins to peel off.

Do not use the strip if the skin is irritated or injured (such as an open wound, for example).
Do not use as strapping.
