Start with a duration of 4 hours per day for the first 2-3 days. By doing this, the body gets used to the effects of the fabric.

It is recommended to use it for at least 8 hours a day, or even longer if possible.

When you have noticed the effect of the product, then you can reduce the application time, 30 minutes may be enough.
