Manufacturing

• In order to keep all the initial qualities of leather and especially its solidity, no sanding or correction operation is carried out on the flower. Small irregularities are visual proof. They are also as many traces of the animal's past as the leather carries with pride.
• The only manipulation carried out on the leather is to stretch it with tanning drying. This is to maximize the risk of lengthening leathers to use.
• In the greatest respect for leather, its origin and its past, and in the context of its eco-responsible approach, Antarès applies to use the most of the skins, not to waste and to throw away that the bare minimum.
• Due to these choices, it is indeed possible that the leather of the Antarès halters seem less smooth than that used in other ranges of items. The application of a quality balm will reduce possible visual irregularities and give it a beautiful appearance.
