Rather curious, we wanted to test this directly on the feet of our protégés, and here is what we take away from it:
We were initially rather perplexed about the fact that these could be easily slipped on (who has never had a hard time putting on and taking off the Decathlon plastic bells, raise your hand).
And there, the miracle happens!
The sock rolls on the foot very easily. So that's a positive point.
Then, being very close to the limb, you have to pull a little to position it optimally, but nothing too complicated.
We love the very soft side of the inside of the sock, the mineral oil indeed gives a very pleasant "talc" touch.
It is then possible to position it in two different ways, either high, which protects the limbs from the friction of the gaiter, or low, which protects the fetlock from the friction of the sand.
In the second case, all that remains is to secure the sock with Tesa Tape so that it does not roll up.
Even if we believe that the first way to use it remains the most common, the second can be just as effective for horses with very sensitive limbs or those prone to cracks.
In the end, BIG favorite for this product!
Even though this is a technical product, we believe it can be very useful for a large number of riders and horses.
